Return Policy

Return Terms

There are three options for returns: Exchange, Store Credit, or Refund.

Our policy lasts 15 days. After 15 days since the delivery was received, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return.

To be eligible for a return, your shoes must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. 
Please try your shoes on a smooth surface to protect the sole. Any scathed sole or unclean insole will not be eligible for a return.

The shoes must be in the original packaging. This includes any content that was part of the packing goods. For example, travel bag, cards, tags, lint roller etc.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please include the Return Form filled out.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Shipping Information

Please use the original shipping box and packing material when possible.

We include a pre-printed address label for convenience.

When returning your items, you are responsible for postage at the point of return using USPS or the carrier of your choice.

We strongly suggest to add insurance and tracking services. We are not responsible for lost items. 

If you reside in New York City, it can be sent by courier.

Kindly, allow up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return.

Exchanges 

We only do exchanges for different sizes or colors.

We do not exchange for different styles. If you would like to exchange for a different style, we will gladly issue a store credit that you can use for a new order.

We only replace items in the unlikely event that they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item, send us an email and let us know the problem.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Store Credit

If you would like to return for store credit, we will issue and email a code for you to use at any time on our website.

Store Credits do not have an expiration date. 

The code needs to match the original buyer's name.

Refunds

If you are approved for the return and prefer this option, a refund will be processed for the total of the purchase minus the total shipping costs.

Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund in 5 days, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company and your bank, as it may take some additional time before your refund is officially posted.


If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@mariem.co. We will be as diligent as possible to find out what the problem is. 

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We can offer you a store credit or exchange. 

Gift Cards

As of this moment, we do not offer Gift Cards. If you are interested, let us know, and we would consider changing this policy.
